The Customer Service operators of Penelope 47 are not in any way authorized to request or to accept credit card numbers and / or validity ends of the same.

Bank transfer

Choose to pay by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically displays the bank data of Penelope 47, following which the merchandise is set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the account. The customer is required to send, within 48 hours via email to shop@penelope47.com payment confirmation.

If within that period Penelope 47 will not receive the proof of payment, will cancel the order.
We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

By choosing the method of payment PAYPAL customers you can pay directly through your Paypal account.

Cash on delivery

By choosing payment via COD, the customer will pay in cash the goods upon delivery, for a maximum order of € 1000, with a supplement of 5 Euro of total order amount (VAT inc.).
The COD is valid only for Italy.
